Inservco, based near Cleveland, Ohio was acquired from its two founders in a leveraged recapitalization transaction. Inservco was a manufacturer of electronic and electromechanical systems serving the medical, industrial and defense industries.

During our investment period we executed on a management transition, lean manufacturing deployment, facility expansion, and E-marketing initiatives, a strategic acquisition of an East Coast EMS company and its merger with STACI Corporation.
