fully integrated OEM supplier of interior trim systems to the automotive industry. It’s metamorphisis resulted from the acquisition and integration of eight synergistic
companies providing the breadth of capabilities to deliver high value added systems on an in-line sequence basis, full integrated instrument panels and door panels to the worlds leading automotive OEM’s.

During our investment tenure Manchester experienced revenue growth from $12 to $175 million with operating profits expanding by 2000% Manchester was sold to Collins and Aikmen, an affiliate of the Blackstone Group.
