Staci, headquartered in Florida was acquired from its founder in a recapitalization transaction. At the time of the acquisition it was an international sourcing and logistics company with 12 JV partners in Asia and Quality and Logistics professionals headquartered in Dong Guan and Hong Kong.

During our tenure, Staci developed into is a multinational manufacturer and distributer of  contract electronic and  electromechanical assemblies. Staci merged with Inservco and together had manufacturing operations in China, Hong Kong, and the United States. Staci was sold to Centerlane Partners and is now know as Vexos.
