Technical Systems is a manufacturer of defense related electronic and electromechanical systems serving several of the largest United States defense contractors. TSI was acquired from it’s two founders and during our investment tenure expanded it process capabilities and foot print with revenue and profit growth of 200% and 400% respectively. TSI was sold to Borisch Manufacturing and is now a division of Amprhenol.
